Background
Lucia's father taught her to fight from a young age. She grew up fast and hard, eventually landing in Leonida Penitentiary. After her release, she wears an electronic ankle monitor — a constant reminder of her past and the system watching her every move.
Personality
Post-prison Lucia is wiser and more cautious than her younger self. She's strategic, calculating, and always thinking two steps ahead. But when pushed, she's as dangerous as anyone in Vice City.

Lucia is prominently featured in Trailer 2, most notably wielding an automatic grenade launcher during a major action sequence. She's shown as an equal partner to Jason — not a sidekick, but a co-lead with her own agency and power.
