Twitch CEO Mentions 2027 Multiplayer; Rockstar Has Not Announced a Date

PC Gamer reported on September 17 that Twitch CEO Dan Clancy, speaking to Bloomberg, referred to GTA VI multiplayer launching in 2027.
That is a statement by a third party. Rockstar has not published a multiplayer launch announcement establishing that schedule. We therefore record the comment as reported and unconfirmed.
It does not settle the mode's name, platforms, monetisation or whether existing GTA Online progress carries over. Those details need separate announcements.
