Real Dimez is the rap duo at the centre of Grand Theft Auto VI's music-industry storyline, made up of Bae-Luxe and Roxy.
The label
The duo is signed to Only Raw Records — the label Boobie Ike co-founded and Dre'Quan Priest runs day to day. Dre'Quan has been described as "always more of a hustler than a gangster," and Real Dimez are his bet: the act that could take Only Raw beyond the strip-club booking circuit and into the industry proper.
Real Dimez are not unknowns. The pair has tasted success before, which is exactly why Dre'Quan wanted them.
Significance
Rockstar has built out an entire record label around these characters — an owner, a manager, an artist roster and a business model. That level of scaffolding points at a substantial story thread rather than background flavour, and makes Real Dimez one of the clearest windows into how Vice City's modern music scene feeds the game's wider criminal economy.
